Non-accessible content
No non-conformity with the standard was found. Two gaps relate to good practice outside the chosen standard and are documented here for transparency: some links in the footer and on the site map have a touch target less than 24 px high (WCAG 2.2 success criterion 2.5.8, which RAWeb 1.1 does not include since it is based on WCAG 2.1), and the skip link and some header blocks are not contained within an ARIA region.

Preparation of this statement
This statement was prepared on 16 September 2026. It is based on an audit carried out in-house (self-assessment) by AD TYRES INTERNATIONAL SLU.

Test environment
Testing was carried out with: Chromium 131 on macOS, at desktop (1440×900) and mobile (375×812 and 320×640) sizes; automated analysis with axe-core 4.10.2 driven by Playwright, including forms showing errors, open claim windows, the open consent banner and the expanded mobile menu; verification of the keyboard path, focus visibility and tab order; inspection of the browser’s accessibility tree; contrast measured using the WCAG formula and, for text placed over an image or the video, by sampling the background pixels; verification of rendering at 200% zoom, at a width of 320 px and under the text-spacing values required by WCAG 1.4.12; real submission of all twelve forms. Screen reader output has not yet been verified: it is part of the 2027 action plan.

Accessibility features
The site offers the following features:
- a “Skip to main content” link, the first element reached with the Tab key;
- navigation that is fully usable with the keyboard: sub-menus and the language switcher open as soon as they receive focus and close with Escape, and the current page is indicated in the menu;
- on pages with a background video, a “Pause animations” button stops the video and the animated text; they start paused if the operating system asks for reduced motion; the video sound is off by default and is controlled by a button;
- forms in which every field has a label, required fields are indicated, error messages are in the language of the page and, for email and web addresses, state the expected format, and name and email address can be filled in automatically by the browser;
- protection against automated submissions with no visual or audio puzzle: simply tick the “I am not a robot” box, and the check is carried out by the browser;
- claim windows that open with the keyboard, close with Escape and return focus to the button that opened them; the cookie consent banner also closes with Escape;
- a layout that adapts down to a width of 320 px and to 200% zoom, without horizontal scrolling;
- the language of each page and of each passage in another language is declared, and links that open a new window say so;
- a site map and this page, available from the footer of every page.
The site relies on standard web technologies (HTML, WAI-ARIA); it is designed to work with recent browser versions and with assistive technologies that use the operating system’s accessibility interfaces.

AD TYRES INTERNATIONAL SLU aims to maintain full compliance with the RAWeb 1.1 standard across all pages of www.adtyre.com. Accessibility is treated as a standing requirement rather than a one-off exercise: every change to the site is checked before it goes live.

Responsibility for the digital accessibility of www.adtyre.com rests with management, which is the single point of contact for any question or report.
Human and financial resources
The compliance work and ongoing accessibility maintenance are carried out in-house, with no external supplier. The tools used are free and open-source.
Skills and training
The people who produce or edit the site’s content are trained in the rules that directly concern them: writing meaningful text alternatives, heading hierarchy, explicit link text, sufficient contrast, form field labels. This training is repeated whenever the standard changes.
Internal organisation
Every change to the site goes through an accessibility check before publication: automated analysis, verification of the keyboard path, and review of any contrast introduced.
Use of suppliers
Any future work on the site (development, redesign, supply of a theme or plugin) will carry an explicit requirement to comply with the RAWeb standard in force, and acceptance testing will include an accessibility check.
Handling feedback
Every report received through the contact form or by email receives a reply and, where it reveals a genuine defect, a fix or an accessible alternative.
Monitoring and updates
The accessibility statement is updated every three years, whenever the site is substantially modified, or within eighteen months of a new version of the standard being published. The action plan is renewed annually.
